We are still in the pre-launch phase and do not yet hold AMFI registration. The fastest and only formal way to reach us with feedback, questions, or concerns is to email info@shiriinvest.com.
We aim to acknowledge every email within 1 working day and respond substantively within 5 working days.
At launch — full grievance redressal
Once we become an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor, a formal grievance redressal process will be published on this page, including:
- A named grievance officer with email and direct phone.
- Defined response timelines for each tier.
- Escalation to the AMFI grievance redressal cell.
- Onward escalation to SEBI SCORES if needed.
In the meantime, you are also welcome to use the regulator-level escalation routes for any registered intermediary you currently work with — SEBI SCORES is open to all investors regardless of which distributor handled the transaction.
